⚡ INSTANT ⚡ Digital Key
📌 PRODUCT OVERVIEW:
VMware vCenter Server 8 Standard is the centralized management platform for VMware vSphere environments. It lets you manage ESXi hosts and virtual machines from one place, organize clusters, control access with roles/permissions, and handle core administration tasks through the vSphere Client.
⭐ MAIN FEATURES (HIGHLIGHTS):
✅ Centralized vSphere Management:
• Manage your ESXi hosts + VMs from a single vCenter instance
• Organize inventory (datacenters, clusters, resource pools, folders) and streamline daily administration
✅ Access Control (Roles & Permissions):
• Granular role-based access control (RBAC) to limit who can do what inside vSphere (roles/permissions model is used widely across vCenter operations).
✅ vCenter High Availability (vCenter HA):
• Protects the vCenter Server Appliance against host/hardware failures with an active-passive architecture (reduces downtime)
• Note: vCenter HA is not a disaster recovery product.
✅ Built-In Backup & Restore (VCSA):
• vCenter Server 8.x supports file-based and image-based backup approaches
• Recommended native backup/restore is through the VAMI interface (appliance management).
🖥 SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS (MINIMUM – VCSA “Tiny”):

• Deployment type: vCenter Server Appliance (VCSA) virtual appliance
• CPU / RAM (Tiny): 2 vCPU / 14 GB RAM (up to ~10 hosts or ~100 VMs)
• Storage (Tiny – Default): 579 GB

🛠 HOW TO INSTALL & ACTIVATE (VCSA):
Download the vCenter Server 8 (VCSA) installer ISO from VMware/Broadcom portal.
Run the installer (Windows/Linux/macOS installer deploys the appliance to an ESXi host).
Complete deployment Stage 1 (deploy appliance) + Stage 2 (appliance setup: SSO, networking, etc.).
Open the vSphere Client:
https://<your-vcenter-fqdn>/ui
Go to Administration → Licensing and add/assign the provided license key.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES:
• Digital only.
• vCenter Server 8 is deployed as a Linux-based appliance (VCSA); Windows-based vCenter has been removed (vSphere 7.0+ requires the appliance).
• Storage/RAM requirements can be heavy even for “Tiny” (579 GB default storage for Tiny).
• If licensing/assignment issues happen: double-check you’re deploying vCenter Server 8 Standard and that the key is entered with no extra spaces, then contact me via the order page.
