The subscription was canceled 1 month after having purchased it, a message arrived from Dropbox that the account was deactivated product with problems with something with google pay. Hello, Alexander Rodrigo Perez Parraguez:
Recently, we downgraded your account to Dropbox Basic because we received a notice from Google Play indicating that it was not possible to process the payment for your plan.
If you´re using more than 2GB of space, file syncing will be interrupted. No files will be deleted, but synchronization will only resume when your account has available space again.
