Месяц не прошел и рабочее пространство отключили и продавец не отвечает

деактивировали рабочую область через 2 недели

Оплатила месяц доступа, в итоге через 2 недели аккаунт в чат жипити заблочен, доступа нет.

Hello, On January 13, 2026, the subscription I purchased through your platform stopped working without any prior notice. The seller from whom I purchased this subscription is currently blocked and unavailable, which makes it impossible for me to resolve this matter directly. The subscription was fully paid for and was supposed to remain active, however I currently do not have access to the service. I kindly ask you to either issue a refund for the paid amount or restore my access by sending a new invitation to my email address.
