Hello, On January 13, 2026, the subscription I purchased through your platform stopped working without any prior notice. The seller from whom I purchased this subscription is currently blocked and unavailable, which makes it impossible for me to resolve this matter directly. The subscription was fully paid for and was supposed to remain active, however I currently do not have access to the service. I kindly ask you to either issue a refund for the paid amount or restore my access by sending a new invitation to my email address. I am ready to provide any payment confirmations or order details that may be required. I would appreciate your prompt assistance, as the service has been paid for but is not being provided.
