Great seller. Quick and efficient - zero issues. Highly recommend getting your region change with them.
I paid via Alipay and after ~1hr the payment was confirmed. I was sent an email with a link to the 13-digit code + a chat interface with the seller.
I am on the west coast of the USA so my waking hours does not have a lot of overlap with Moscow time. The seller mentioned that they are typically active 11:00 - 23:00 and right about 11:00 he sent me a message. Really helped that he was prompt and punctual.
I gave him my info, waited for the 2FA code to come in, sent that to him, and a couple minutes later, everything was done.
This seems a lot easier than getting your own MAP card to purchase yourself. It might seem risky to let someone login your account but I have no reason not to trust these guys. I even had $100 steam cash loaded on my account and that was untouched.
