Digital goods of proper quality cannot be returned/exchanged after purchase, as they belong to the category of goods with individually defined properties and can only be used by the consumer who purchases it.

In the event of a technical error or problem with the product (invalid code), we will consider returns on an individual basis.

If you were sent an invalid code, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase to discuss the possibility of resolving the issue.
