I purchased two orders, but the seller delivered the same email and password for both, making one order unusable. Additionally, the ElevenLabs 3-month Creator account does not match the product description. The subscription is not properly upgraded and shows an “unpaid invoice” warning, which means the account is inactive or at risk of cancellation. This contradicts the claim of an active, prepaid subscription. I contacted the seller multiple times through the platform and email, waited over 36 hours, but received no response. Due to the lack of communication and unresolved issues, I am leaving this feedback to warn other buyers. I am still open to a proper replacement according to the seller’s warranty terms.
