!! SCAMMER !! Provided me with an account that was dying every other day, after that the accounts were completely out of stock for prolonged amount of time and now refuses a refund for the *unused* warranty period. !! STAY AWAY !! There are many better sellers here.

Edit (after seller reply): He did NOT provide me with a replacement. Account was deactivated and they were unable to replace the account for more than 10 days and were offering me GEMINI which I´ve rejected. After a few more days, I´ve asked for a refund and they were offering me a replacement WHICH I did not want NOR they provided me with one.

Conversation is exported and seller is reported to staff.
Thank you for your feedback, and we´re sorry you´re disappointed. For transparency to other buyers: this order was placed 50 days ago. Our warranty is 30 days, and during that entire period we honored it in full — replacing the account free of charge every time an issue appeared. The block you mention happened after the 30-day warranty had already expired (around day 50). Our warranty covers free replacements while it is active. It does not provide a cash refund for a "remaining" period after an account has been in use for over a month — this is stated in our product terms. For that reason we couldn´t issue another free replacement or a refund outside those terms.
