I´m writing to report an issue with a recent order. The seller did not deliver the full order, made me wait more than 5 days, and the service was very poor. A refund was issued but it was not complete. I am requesting a FULL REFUND of my money. I no longer want any replacement or additional delivery — I just want my money back.
